Daniel previously held senior roles within FMCG and the sporting sector including companies such as Coca Cola Amatil, Beam Global, Lavazza Coffee, 2XU and conglomerate Unilever, heading up T2 Tea’s wholesale and global supermarket business.
Daniel has a deep commitment to growing talent and teams while building long lasting mutually beneficial business relationships. Daniel's passion has built DTR Management over the past 10 years across numerous sporting landscapes including Commonwealth Games & Olympic Games.
Daniel's beliefs are strongly anchored around allowing professional sports people to focus on what they do best.
MARKETING MANAGER - KIERA ROBERTS
Our Marketing Manager, Kiera Roberts brings over a decade of marketing and advertising experience to DTR. Specialising in digital marketing, social media and creative copywriting across multiple industries including brands such as 2XU, Mazda Australia and Kmart Australia. Kiera brings a fresh approach to promoting DTR’s athletes and the wider business.
Heading up another arm of the business, Kiera offers a creative copywriting service to companies across Australia, creating compelling copy and ideas to sell your brand and engage your audience with services including but not limited to:

agent - nathan dortmann
Nathan was born in France and now resides in Australia. Educated in France at the University of Lyon, Nathan studied a Bachelor of Science and Education minoring in Sports Coaching and Swimming. Since living in Australia, has now become a qualified Triathlon Coach attaining his Level 1 and Level 2 Performance Coaching certificate.
The hands-on approach to coaching and management that Nathan has adopted, which is very evident with his previous role as Head Coach of several triathlon teams has proven very successful. He also utilises his science and education degree to develop training plans and understanding of professional athletes. This style coupled with Nathan’s own experience as an elite triathlete has and will continue to enable him to surpass expectations.
Nathan has a very multicultural background with strong connections in France, Germany, Australia and now recently USA, Poland and Mexico. Through having strong relationships and connections internationally, Nathan has the ability and opportunity to operate not only in Australia but also globally.
